The Minnesota Vikings added a player to the practice squad by signing wide receiver Daylen Baldwin.
Though there is still room for one more player and Trishton Jackson has not cleared waivers, the initial thought was that he would be signed to the practice squad.
Baldwin went undrafted out of Michigan in the 2022 NFL draft and signed with the Cleveland Browns. He played in one game for the Browns and caught two passes for 25 yards.
He spent time at Morgan State and Jackson State before his one season at Michigan in 2021. Baldwin wasn’t productive in those 14 games, catching 17 passes for 256 yards and two touchdowns.
The Vikings now have three wide receivers on the practice squad.
