Breaking News: Kansas city Chiefs star wide receiver Escape From….

Following a significant car crash in Dallas, Rashee Rice was the target of a police manhunt.

Texas police are searching for the Kansas City Chiefs‘ star wide receiver, Rashee Rice, after a car registered to his name was involved in a huge car crash in Dallas.

The accident took place in the northeast of the city at 18:20 local time on Saturday, March 30. According to a police report, they are searching for the young NFL star.

Before being selected in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft and going on to win a Super Bowl, Rice played four years of NCAA college football in Dallas with Southern Methodist University. Rice was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, which is located 32.9 miles away from Dallas.

Although it’s unclear if he was driving the vehicle or if anyone has been hurt, Rice has not appeared in Dallas County jail as of 07:00 ET on Sunday, March 31. It’s also unknown if he is facing any charges, as per the Dallas Morning News.

Therefore, he does have a connection to the city and he could realistically be in the area, as he might be visiting his family during the offseason from football, but he has not yet been discovered by law enforcement.

Rice’s successful 2023 season

Rice, who stands 6 feet 1 inch tall, emerged as the Chiefs’ second-best wide receiver the previous campaign with 79 catches and 938 receiving yards, demonstrating the quarterback team’s strong favoritism toward him.

Along with leading the team in touchdowns, he also had seven touchdowns while entering the end zone. During the postseason, he recorded 26 receptions for 262 yards and a touchdown, demonstrating his importance to the team.

The Chiefs‘ won Super Bowl LVIII with a 25-22 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in overtime, when Mahomes threw to Mercole Hardman for the season-ending play. Mahomes couldn’t actually believe his good fortune as the 49ers completely misunderstood the overtime rules, handing the advantage directly to the Chiefs.
