“Excellent”: The Leicester City player who was ”unplayable” against sunderland

Sunderland was defeated 1-0 by Leicester City Friday night in the Championship.

With their 1-0 victory over Sunderland at the King Power last night, Leicester City kept their lead in the championship table.

The Black Cats gave Enzo Maresca’s team a solid game and had several opportunities to score, but in the end, they were unable to overcome this tremendously strong and well-prepared Leicester team.

James Justin was the game’s lone goal scorer. Harry Winks, a summer transfer from Tottenham, was the man in charge of the match; he has started all 13 of Leicester’s Championship games this year.

His performance was given an 8 out of 10 last night by Leicestershire Live, and reporter Jordan Blackwell

He was at every place. He would switch between covering as the last guy and being on the wing, giving Casadei a terrific opportunity. His ball carry into space and out of the danger zone was very impressive. He’s really an incredible player.

Leicester City has already accrued 36 points this season after just 13 games. They have won 12 of their first 13 games, putting them eight points clear of Ipswich, who still have a few games to go, and an incredible 14 points ahead of Leeds United, who are now in third place.

Winks and the Premier League

Even though he didn’t dominate the Premier League like he did the Championship this season, Winks was always a valuable player for Spurs.

As he leads Leicester’s midfield and establishes himself as an essential component of their current operations, he is truly displaying his talent.

Additionally, everything Leicester is doing is working because Maresca’s team is currently winning the Championship and looks unstoppable.
