Berkshire invests in Atlanta Braves, sheds GM and other stocks#
November 14, Reuters The billionaire Warren Buffett’s conglomerate, Berkshire Hathaway (BRKa.N), announced on Tuesday that it had sold its shares in Procter & Gamble (PG.N) and General Motors (GM.N) and had made a tiny investment in the business that indirectly owns the Atlanta Braves baseball team.
The modifications were revealed in a regulatory document that described Berkshire’s holdings of U.S.-listed stocks as of September 30, which make up the majority of its $318.6 billion equity portfolio.
