Even though the transfer window is closed, West Ham might seal another transaction.

Despite the loss at Anfield, West Ham United is now enjoying a strong run of play and has reportedly invited a potential young player to try out for the team with the possibility of winning a dream transfer to the Premier League.

What is the most recent West Ham United news?

According to a recent story from The Athletic, free agent Jesse Lingard will not be transferring to West Ham on a free transfer after spending some time working out with the team. Instead, the former Manchester United player is now taking part in training sessions with Saudi Pro League team Al-Ettifaq as he searches for his next opportunity.

According to The Mirror, David Moyes revealed following his team’s 3-1 loss to Liverpool that he was not very concerned that Lingard would not be joining the Hammers on a long-term basis: “No, not at all,” I replied (disappointed that he had left to train with Al-Ettifaq). I feel more than at ease and at ease with it. I believe I’ve been hinting to you (the media) boys that we need to wait and see what he does and how he acts. We really like Jesse, but I’m not sure if we need another player to fill the spot where he would likely play for us.

Journalist Dean Jones told GIVEMESPORT that West Ham winger Jarrod Bowen would think about joining Premier League powerhouse Liverpool as rumors about his future at the London Stadium continue to circulate.

On CaughtOffside’s The Debrief Podcast, transfer guru Fabrizio Romano discussed the possibility of Bowen and Liverpool — as well as other wingers — continuing their relationship in light of the circumstances surrounding Reds legend Mohamed Salah, another well-known footballer who has drawn interest from the Middle East.

Who is being tried by West Ham United?

West Ham United have taken Perth Glory teenager James Overy on trial, according to EXWHUEmployee, who was scouted by the Hammers since their preseason trip to Australia.

James Overy is currently on trial with our Academy, according to my sources, the well-known West Ham insider said. He is a highly regarded right-back who stood out while representing Perth Glory against us on our preseason tour.

There isn’t a lot of information available on Overy, although former Perth Glory interim manager Kenny Lowe gave him high marks after his old team’s 6-2 loss to West Ham United in July.

According to Lowe, who was quoted by Australian publication KEEPUP: “The right-back was 15 – and he’s a winger. In his entire life, he has never played right back. Stupid boy. He was fantastic, however he won’t sleep tonight.

Even though Overy is unlikely to make the West Ham first team anytime soon if he were to sign on for the long term, it is a positive indicator that the Hammers are searching for players from all over the world to bolster their east London academy team, including Overy.
