But the eagerly awaited transfer deal that would have replaced Harry Kane, who left Tottenham for Bayern Munich, never materialized.
According to sources, the Belgian club put a high price tag on Orban and requested an incredible fee of more than thirty million euros for the talented young player.
The transfer was unfeasible financially for the Premier League club because the extravagant price tag was substantially higher than Tottenham’s player evaluation.
