Tennessee’s Top Five Most Desired Candidates for Hiring

After George MacIntyre, a five-star quarterback, committed, the Tennessee Volunteers currently have six commitments in the 2025 class.
George MacIntyre, the quarterback for Brentwood Academy, announced on Monday morning that the Tennessee Volunteers had defeated Alabama. They have a ton of blue-chip prospects now that he is in the boat, and they have been intending to build their recruiting class of 2025 around him.

According to 247Sports, the Vols will have the No. 9 recruiting class in 2025. With just six pledges in the program, Tennessee still has a number of major goals. The University of Tennessee’s head coach, Josh Heupel, has been adamant about upping the bar when it comes to recruiting, and with the in-state talent available, they stand a chance to assemble an excellent class.

David Sanders Jr

David Sanders Jr., an offensive tackle for Providence Day, has gained widespread attention since his first season. With Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee as the three SEC programs at the core of his recruiting, he checks in as the No. 2 talent in 2025. Tennessee is eager for him to return to campus, and having a standout passer in his recruiting class helps immensely. During a recruiting trip to Alabama, Sanders and MacIntyre got to know one another and have remained in contact ever since.

WR Cameron Sparks

Cameron Sparks, a wide receiver for Baylor, is ranked No. 40 in the United States and No. 2 in Tennessee. Tennessee is luring Sparks to play wide receiver, despite the fact that he has been pitched on both sides of the ball in college. He knows MacIntyre because they both compete frequently over the years and play at the same high school level.

DL and Ethan Utley

Ethan Utley, a defensive lineman at Ensworth, finished his junior year with 21 tackles, 10 TFLs, and 4.5 sacks.
