Travis Kelce CASTRATES ‘disrespectful’ Bills supporters, claiming ‘a lot of hate pulling up to that stadium’ following their BOOING of his girlfriend Taylor Swift prior to Buffalo’s playoff victory: “Some remarks regarding the family were made.”
It’s unlikely that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift will honeymoon at Niagara Falls if they ever tie the knot.
As Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs defeated Buffalo 27–24 on Sunday, the pair was met with an expectedly hostile reception in neighboring Orchard Park. However, not before quarterback Patrick Mahomes, quarterback Swift, and Kelce’s family were subjected to taunting from the infamous Bills Mafia fanbase.
To celebrate one of his two touchdowns that day, Kelce actually raised his hands in a “heart” gesture and pointed up at the spectators.
On their New Heights podcast, Travis said to brother Jason, “I had to spread the love, baby, you’ve always got to spread that love, baby.” It makes sense that there would be a lot of animosity when people arrived at the stadium—it’s a football game.
Did that start to sound a little rude? One thousandth of that. Since that’s what they want, I won’t say [what] and I won’t relay it. Certain remarks were made regarding the family, and some quite offensive remarks toward Pat Mahomes were made. It was quite outrageous. I understand entering a hostile setting. I only wanted them to understand that it’s not reciprocal. Unlike how you despise us, I don’t dislike you guys. Baby, it’s all love.
Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift, to the right, react during the third quarter of Sunday’s game.
After the Patriots defeated the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Patrick Mahomes avoids snowballs thrown by supporters.
Travis Kelce is all smiles as he exits the field following the Orchard Park victory over the Buffalo Bills.
Mahomes’ situation didn’t improve much after that.
After days of show showers in western New York, the game-winning Super Bowl MVP had to avoid snowballs on the Chiefs’ sideline towards the conclusion of Sunday’s victory.
As long as the Chiefs lose, things might be a little better next Sunday in the AFC Championship, where Baltimore-based Swifties are excited to see the pop sensation.
The top-seeded Ravens will play the defending champs in order to win the conference and earn a spot in the Super Bowl in February. While the matchup for the game itself is eagerly anticipated, some fans are more excited about the possibility of Swift attending M&T Bank Stadium to assist Kelce.
A small portion of Swift’s massive fan base told CBS Baltimore that on Sunday afternoon, their local connections will win out over their idol in music. They did concede, though, that the task will not be simple.
“I bleed purple and black,” declared Kayla Keimig, a lover of Taylor Swift. “I mean, I’m a huge fan.”
I was in elementary school when it last occurred, and I recall those get-togethers and pep rallies. I feel like a child once more,” Keimig reminisced.”It doesn’t feel right, but I have to go against Miss Swift.”
“I can’t wait for Taylor to attend.” I’m hoping she’ll be there to see us. Swiftie Jessica Gehrke continued, “I hope she has a great time.” “I hope we send them home and Baltimore shows her the best hospitality.”
