As January 22nd, Caitlin Clark’s birthday, her teammates on the Iowa women’s basketball team threw her an early birthday party, replete with two cakes and confetti.
But it was Clark who was feeling generous with gifts.
The talented guard for the Hawkeyes gave each of her teammates a pair of Nike sneakers during the celebration. Iowa guard Kylie Feuerbach shared a video of her teammates opening their gifts on TikTok on Thursday.

Clark’s outstanding performance on the court has garnered her several notable collaborations, including a name, image, and likeness (NIL) arrangement with the footwear giant. In addition, the native of West Des Moines has signed with Gatorade, State Farm, Hy-Vee, and Buick.
On January 22, one day after Iowa plays Ohio State in a game between top-20 teams, Clark will turn 22. Given that Clark’s jersey number is 22, the day might have additional meaning or importance for him. She received a cake during the party that was shaped like the number.
