They are still in the running for the AFC East and have not lost since their bye week.

The Patriots are likely playing some of their best football of the year, so they should be able to score ten to fifteen points. The Bills would then just need to score 30, as they have in three of their last five games. And that’s presuming the Patriots are unable to accomplish anything at all.
