The club has heard good things about the Nottingham Forest star, so they might move in
According to reports in Turkey, Trabzonspor are considering signing forward Emmanuel Dennis from Nottingham Forest if they can find room for him in the foreign player quota. Teams are attempting to complete their transactions before the deadline of September 15 during the final phase of the Turkish window. Mislav Orsic from Southampton is the only English player that Trabzonspor has already acquired, and they are trying to add the Nottingham Forest forward to their roster.
Following their promotion to the Premier League, the Tricky Trees overhauled their team and drafted Dennis from Watford last summer. The Nigerian, who made 25 appearances last season, failed to make an impact, contributing to just five goals. Nottingham Forest is looking to offload the player, and Trabzonspor has responded favorably. Trabzonspor’s scouting squad reportedly sent a report to the team with a favorable assessment of the player, according to the Turkish publication Sports Digitale.
The club, which has a shortlist of other candidates as well, will only pursue Dennis if they can find space for him in their allotment for international players.
