BREAKING: University Of Michigan, Jim Harbaugh, Big Ten Come To An Agreement
The University of Michigan has released a statement regarding Jim Harbaugh’s suspension as we move toward the end of the regular season.
“This morning, the University, Coach Harbaugh, and the Big Ten resolved their pending litigation
The University and Coach Harbaugh consented to take the three-game suspension, and the Conference agreed to end its investigation.
With the backing of the university, Coach Harbaugh made the decision to accept this sanction in order to put the emphasis back on our student-athletes and their on-field accomplishments.
The Conference has declared that it has not come across any evidence indicating Coach Harbaugh was involved in the accusations.
The University is still offering the NCAA its complete cooperation in this investigation.”
That obviously means that Harbaugh will not coach this weekend in Maryland for the program’s potential 1,000th win and will also be absent for next week’s massive showdown with Ohio State.
On the other hand, Harbaugh would be unrestricted for the Big Ten Championship game and College Football Playoff if Michigan wins its next two games.
