TOTTENHAM STAR REACTS TO COMMENTS ABOUT LIVERPOOL MANAGER AS…

The winger for Tottenham Hotspur, Dejan Kulusevski, dismissed remarks made by Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on a possible replay.

The disputed match between Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur should be replayed, according to Jurgen Klopp, but Dejan Kulusevski disagrees.

The most controversial Premier League match of the season took place more than two weeks ago.

Although Tottenham Hotspur defeated Liverpool 2-1 at the end of September, the match was contentious in many ways.

Curtis Jones was given a straight red card in the first half before Diogo Jota picked up a red card of his own after the break.

The most significant event occurred when Luis Diaz scored a goal that was entirely valid, but the goal was disregarded by VAR due to a communication error.

Joel Matip’s late own goal gave Tottenham the victory, setting forth wild celebrations in North London and ire in Merseyside.

It is safe to say that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp fanned the fires prior to the international break, even though the repercussions is practically gone now.

Almost two weeks ago, Klopp stated to Sky Sports that he thought a full replay of the match would be the most reasonable conclusion.

Although Klopp understood that not everyone would agree, he believed that since Liverpool had been practically stolen, this was the only thing he could do to maintain sporting integrity.

Although neither the Premier League nor the FA have said, it seems doubtful that the entire game will be replayed.

Dejan Kulusevski, a winger for Tottenham, has now responded to the situation when speaking with Fotbollskanalen from his home Sweden during the international break.

Kulusevski stated that he doesn’t expect a replay will occur because he thinks mistakes just happen all the time.

The Swede acknowledged that the number of errors made by officials at the moment is “absolutely insane” and that Liverpool’s ire is understandable.

Despite Liverpool’s fierce efforts to make things difficult, Kulusevski feels that Tottenham was “really good” during the match and can’t think of any previous instances of a replay.

Kulusevski stated, “I don’t think anything will happen.” “In every game, mistakes are made. Although they played a fantastic game, they were understandably upset that they received 0 points for a simple mistake. It’s unlikely that a match will be repeated as a result of a judgement, and it has never happened before.

Every game has such an absurd amount of errors in it. Yes, it was a major error in a high-profile game, and they were understandably very dissatisfied as it had an impact on the outcome. However, I can identify errors in every game. You move on since it’s all part of the game.

We were really good. We played really well when it was eleven against eleven. Then they got a lot better when they got a man sent off and we got a little worse. Then they got another man sent off. Both red cards were fair, 100 percent. Then we had a hard time scoring a goal and in the last second they scored an own goal. It was incredibly heavy for Liverpool and really important for us,” he added.
