GMS: Man Utd linked with late move for Milan defender to replace Maguire

Manchester United are looking to make a move for AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori as they seek a replacement for Harry Maguire, a report claims.

As has been reported by Give Me Sport who were speaking to Rudy Galetti, Erik ten Hag has identified Tomori as a possible new signing to bring extra quality in depth to Old Trafford.

Harry Maguire is expected to move to West Ham United soon after a €30m bid for the England defender was accepted, but that move has not yet gone through.

That leaves Man Utd in need of a new defender and Tomori is one of their options. Tomori is named along with Jean-Clair Todibo and Marc Guehi.

Milan would not have any interest in selling Tomori for a low fee given he is a central part of the team. He also seems to be very settled at the club and would not likely force a move away.
