Although he may have been playing on the left in this instance, he is equally skilled when playing on the right. His dazzling breaks on the break reminded me of Salah, especially during his initial years at Anfield.
Left-footedness only intensifies comparisons to Salah, and at 23, he hasn’t yet hit the height of his offensive potential. Although his recent injury history is troubling, if he can stay healthy for the majority of this season and continue to contribute for Wolves, he should undoubtedly be given consideration as Salah’s eventual replacement.
