I Know They Will Be Back As Kloop Makes Mohamed Salah Admission…

With the transfer window in Saudi Arabia open until September 7, Liverpool aren’t out of the woods when it comes to Mohamed Salah’s future.

According to recent rumours, Al-Ittihad of Saudi Arabia has made a £200 million approach for the Reds’ striker.

In addition to the massive transfer cost, the club is apparently willing to grant the player a three-year contract for roughly £65 million each year.

Liverpool remain certain that the 31-year-old is not for sale, with manager Jurgen Klopp stating that despite the current transfer drama, he is pleased with Salah’s professionalism.

“Mo is super committed, really in training fully there,” the German coach told newspaper journalists.

“And he was fully engaged in the leadership meetings this week.” I have to deal with facts, and my facts are that everything is fine, that we are here, and that everything is fine.”

Salah presently makes around £18 million per season with the Reds and has two years left on his current contract.

Liverpool may need to ready themselves with another strong push with only a few days left in the Saudi transfer window.

Given the wage disparity, a move away from Anfield may appear appealing to the Egypt international.

The current manager at Al-Ittihad is ex-Wolves and Tottenham boss Nuno Espirito Santo.

The squad at the club consists of such names as N’Golo Kante, Fabinho and Karim Benzema.
