How does Leeds United’s average Elland Road attendance compare to those of their Championship opponents this year?
Leeds United’s first two months of the season have been interesting as they attempt to secure an immediate return to the Premier League
Daniel Farke’s team earned just two points from their first three games of the season at Elland Road following a summer of change on and off the field there, but they are gradually adjusting to life in the second division. The Whites put down a flag with a significant victory at promotion rivals Ipswich Town, and further victories over teams like Watford, Queens Park Rangers, and Bristol City have moved them up to fifth position in the standings as we approach the international break.
In-form teams Ipswich and Leicester City are leading the way, leaving Farke’s team nine points behind them for automatic promotion. The Whites will need the support of the Elland Road fans to stay in touch with the top two and avoid the play-off lottery.
What about other clubs in the second division, though, in terms of their average Elland Road attendance?
