The Green Bay Packers now field a handful of Pro Bowl players, and it appears that they will have many more in the near future. The NFL Drafts in 2022 and 2023 will have a significant impact on this organization’s future. Several skill positions on the offensive end of the ball have become firmly established by them.
There’s no denying that defense will be the main focus of the 2024 off-season, but they will eventually need to hold onto one of its defensive pillars.
game-changing Green Bay Packers Player Recognizes His Contract Market
For many years, Kenny Clark has been a cornerstone of the Packers’ defense. The Packers will have to pay him if they hope to retain him until 2024. once more:
Clark is keeping a careful eye on the defensive tackle market. All-Pro defensive tackle Justin Madubuike has agreed to a four-year, $98 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens, of which $75.5 million is guaranteed, it was reported on Friday.
Clark intends to secure a similar arrangement when it comes time to negotiate a new one.
Will Kenny Clark sign a third deal with the Packers?
It’s unclear where he will sign his next contract—in Green Bay or somewhere else. Clark’s contract is currently set to expire in one year, and the Packers aren’t known for offering third contracts frequently. Will they give Clark a chance to sign a free agent contract the following year?
