Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love could earn up to $4 million in incentives
With the Green Bay Packers on the playoff bubble, quarterback Jordan Love could stand to add quite a bit to his extra earnings for the season.
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love was recognized on Wednesday morning as the best offensive player in the NFC for Week 17.
This is the first time that Love has been named Player of the Week and it comes on the back of the matchup with the Minnesota Vikings where the Utah State grad passed for 256 yards for four touchdowns, three through the air and one on the ground.
The statistics achieved by Love take him tantalisingly close to financial bonuses that could see him finish the season with up to $4 million extra in his pocket.
When the Packers gave Love a one-year extension on his contract, part of the deal included incentive-tied compensation.
With one game left on the schedule, Jordan Love is almost guaranteed $2 million extra.
