Unexpectedly: Panthers vs. Packers Game was Postponed Just Now By…….

Carolina Panthers vs. Green Bay Packers Prediction, Lines, and Picks

The Green Bay Packers will be visiting the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, with the Panthers coming off a huge upset win against the Falcons to secure their second win of the season.

After looking hot with wins over the Chiefs and Lions, Green Bay has slumped to consecutive defeats to the Giants and Buccaneers.
However, that has created the perfect buy-low spot for Green Bay.
The Packers had won four of their previous five games prior to those recent losses, and Jordan Love was starting to emerge as the quarterback Green Bay had hoped he would be.
He’s stepped up mightily and is looking like a franchise QB, and I believe he can show it here against Carolina. With 25 touchdown passes, he is tied for the fifth-most in the NFL and has only thrown one interception in his last five games. This young offence will inevitably have its ups and downs, but I think the Packers can win this game.

The Panthers are a mess this season and even with that win last week they are still the worst team in the league. Their offense cannot get things going and they have struggled with scoring, averaging just 14 points per game. Bryce Young has also been having a rough rookie year, only throwing 9 touchdowns to 9 interceptions. I expect the Panthers’ offense to have another tough game and for their defense to give up a lot of points. Take the Packers with confidence to win this one comfortably.

For this NFC matchup between the Panthers and Packers, I’m going to be taking the under. The Packers defense has been rock-solid all season, and I see this as a great buy-low opportunity after they gave up 34 points to the Buccaneers last week. This is a great week for the Packers’ defense to show out against a Panthers team who have only been averaging 10 points per game in their last 5. That is a horrible recipe for trying to win football games but a great recipe for betting the under in games.

The Panthers defense held the Falcons to just 7 points last week but that was a divisional opponent they know well. In terms of the gamescript for this matchup, I can see the Packers offense surging out to an early lead and then focusing on running the ball and chewing the clock. I expect the Packers to do most of the scoring and for their defense to keep the Panthers out of the end zone for most of the game. Don’t be surprised if the Panthers are held under 10 points in this matchup.
