Fulham, a Premier League team that recently acquired Alex Iwobi from Everton, has revealed the jersey number of their new acquisition.
After joining Fulham from Everton, the former Arsenal player Alex Iwobi’s jersey number has been made public, according to Soccernet.ng.
Three days ago, the Nigerian international moved from Everton to Fulham for a transfer fee that might reach £22 million.
Iwobi will don the number 22 shirt, the team said on their official X (formerly known as Twitter) page. Fodé Ballo-Touré received the number twelve jersey at the same time.

The Hale End Academy alumnus is just behind Jean Michal Seri, who joined The Cottagers from OGC Nice for a cost of €30 million in July 2018, as Everton’s second-most expensive signing.
Iwobi changed his number from 45 at Arsenal to 17 at the Emirates Stadium and kept up his signature at Goodison Park, but he is unable to wear that number for his new squad because former teammate Bernd Leno wears it for Fulham.
Famous Fulham supporters have donned Iwobi’s new jersey, giving fans memories they won’t soon forget. Eidur Gudjohnsen, Elliot Omozusi, Wayne Routledge, Dean Leacock, Lus Boa Morte, and Steve McAnespie are former Chelsea striker Paulo Gazzaniga’s teammates.
The Nigerian midfielder, whose brilliance last season was crucial in ensuring the Evertonians stayed up, signed a five-year deal with Fulham that runs until the summer of 2028. He is eager to begin his new journey with the London clubs.
