Good News: Prior to their Premier League match against Liverpool, Everton gave Idrissa Gueye a boostt

Idrissa Gueye, a midfielder for Everton, looks to be returning in time for the Liverpool match after withdrawing from the Bournemouth match.

The 34-year-old was named to the Senegal bench for their friendly match against Cameroon on October 16, which ended in a 1-0 victory for his team.

After withdrawing from the match over the previous Premier League weekend despite being listed in the lineup, Gueye then replaced Nampalys Mendy off the bench in the 78th minute, indicating he is healthy.

The Senegalese has been added to his nation’s matchday roster because he has returned to fitness, but the real question is: how fit?

The Toffees will be circling the field a lot without the ball against a team like Liverpool, and the game will be fierce.

The recommendation at that point would be to maybe sit Gueye on the bench because it would be dangerous to start him and even give him 60 minutes.
