The teenager’s contract doesn’t expire until 2027, so if he lives up to expectations, Corinthians would be surprised to let him leave for just £6.9 million.

Brazil is renowned for turning forth talented, imaginative athletes, and Corinthians is one team that has a history of producing some of the best players in the world. Players like Carlos Tevez, Paulinho, Willian, and Socrates have all played significant portions of their careers for the team.

If Everton shows any interest in Wesley, it will be intriguing to watch, and they will want to finalize any agreement as soon as possible to avoid any attention from other teams.
