Sad News: Setback on the cards for Everton sensation post-rehab from ‘Frustrating’ injury

According to Dr. Rajpal Brar, Everton youngster Coby Ebere will need to be cautious following his injury rehabilitation.

In an interview with the club’s official website, the 18-year-old winger described his summer delay as “frustrating.”

He is now back in play with the academy team, but the injury expert has encouraged prudence behind the scenes.

A physical therapist and sports scientist, Brar, spoke exclusively with Goodison News about his circumstances. He stated:

Since it was a prolonged absence, nothing can completely guarantee he won’t experience a relapse; still, he must persevere with his rehabilitation and exercise patience.

It was clearly not the easiest, based on what he’s said, and the physiotherapists will take extra care with him.

These injuries do occur at that age, though, and they usually don’t hinder a player’s development.

Ebere, who has been a member of Everton since he was eleven years old, surely dreams of becoming a regular member of the senior squad.

Given that he made his under-21 team debut at the age of 17, he is clearly one of the club’s most gifted young players.

He may or may not be called up by Sean Dyche to pre-season training in July, depending on how quickly he continues to grow.
