Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelea are still trying to figure out if they actually want to sign Dusan Vlahovic this summer.
He took to YouTube to state that the Blues are deciding on whether to bring the striker in, and how much they are willing to pay to get that done.
Chelsea and Juventus are being closely linked at this stage of the summer, with the potential being that Vlahovic finds himself moving to Stamford Bridge.
Any move at this point is likely to be as a swap for Romelu Lukaku, who Chelsea are desperate to get off their books going into this season.
Any hopes that he could be shipped off to Inter Milan on a permanent basis seem to have evaporated after he burned those bridges.
Chelsea don’t know if to sign Vlahovic
He is now hoping for a move to Juventus, with only a transfer to Saudi Arabia another chance for him to get out of London.
With the Serie A team seemingly being keen to get the deal over the line, Romano has claimed that Chelsea are far less open to confirming that deal right now.
He said: “Chelsea still deciding whether they want Vlahovic and if so, how much they want to pay, if it will be the £35m Juventus want.”
It has been claimed today that the Serbian is keen to remain at Juventus, and if he was to move it would ideally be to play in the Champions League.
He reportedly wants to prove that he is the player that the club spent big money on, and the one who they currently pay £215,000 a week for.
