Chelsea must grow up like a team, according to ……..

Mauricio Pochettino, Chelsea’s manager, urged his squad to grow up like a team after Sunday’s 1-0 home loss to Aston Villa, which added to their dismal start to the Premier League season.

The expensively put together Argentine team hasn’t scored in their past three games and is currently 14th with only one victory in six games, which is their worst campaign start since 1978.

Pochettino said, We need to develop as a team, not just individually.

We are participating in this kind of game because we want to win, and football is all about winning. However, young athletes must also experience, learn from, and make mistakes.

Because there are so many instances like this, we are thus disappointed.

Pochettino said that Chelsea’s American owners, who have spent around $1.22 billion on new players since purchasing the club last year, are disappointed with the results but added that they need to support the plan.

On Wednesday, Chelsea will host Brighton & Hove Albion in a League Cup match. On October 2, Chelsea will travel to Fulham, a West London rival in the league.
