Lukaku was instructed to report back to Chelsea for preseason by Wednesday, but he has no plans to do so as he waits for a long-term transfer to Inter Milan.

In order to prevent any problems with the Belgian at Cobham, Chelsea has reportedly pushed out that date, according to the Telegraph.
