The Cowboys’ owner, Jerry Jones, describes the team’s 48-32 defeat to the Packers as the most agonizing of his 35 years in the league, but he says nothing about quarterback Dak Prescott or head coach Mike McCarthy’s futures.

Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, called Sunday’s 48-32 playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers the most “painful” game in his long career.

We all had such high hopes and expectations for this team, so it seems like the most agonizing [playoff loss], Jones told reporters. Although I thought we were in ideal alignment and shape, things didn’t work out.

Although Jones’ team has three Super Bowl victories under their belt, their miserable postseason record is currently what has made them most well-known.
