Iceland travels to Luxembourg for the first of two 2024 Euro Qualifiers during this international break, and a win at Stade de Luxembourg might take Iceland to fourth place in the table if Bosnia fails to overcome Liechtenstein.

Gudmundsson presently has 86 caps for his country and is on his way to 100 after making his senior debut in 2008.

Al-Dakhil has started all three Premier League games for the Clarets this season, earning him a return to the Belgium senior team.

The Red Devils’ senior squad includes the centre-back for the first time this summer, and he made his debut against Austria with Mike Tresor.

Belgium is currently second in their individual 2024 Euro Qualifying group, but a win over Azerbaijan on Saturday might propel them to first place

Muric could face Clarets teammate Amdouni in Pristina on Saturday, when Kosovo hosts 2024 Euro Qualifying group leaders Switzerland.

A win for Kosovo would lift them above fifth-placed Belarus as Muric and his teammates aim to earn a place in the Euros next summer before facing Romania on Tuesday.

Trafford and the Young Lions have only one match over the September break, with Lee Carsley’s team visiting Luxembourg on Monday.

It will be England’s first Euro U21 qualifier, with the hosts currently dominating the group following Thursday’s victory against Northern Ireland.

Switzerland faces Kosovo in the first of two 2024 Euro Qualifiers, and Amdouni could face Muric in goal.

Switzerland is now top of the group and might expand their lead with a win over Kosovo before meeting Andorra at the Stade de Tourbillon on Tuesday night.

Foster is due to play in two friendlies during the international break after a strong start to Premier League life, scoring two goals in the first three games.

South Africa hosts Namibia on Saturday before hosting the Democratic Republic of the Congo on Tuesday afternoon in Johannesburg.
