Burnley announce their starting lineup for their match against Nottingham Forest, with a birthday boy getting his first league start.

Burnley’s final game before the break ended in a discouraging 5-2 loss to Tottenham as a result of that result.
Josh Brownhill and Charlie Taylor, who are both celebrating birthdays, are starting in place of Dara O’Shea and Sander Berge, who were part of the starting lineup at Turf Moor.

Taylor’s first league minutes of the season are against Spurs, but Brownhill scored a late consolation off the bench.

However, the left-back played a part in their cup victory over Forest last month.

Along with Mike Tresor, who might make his debut, Anass Zaroury comes back from suspension and will be one of the substitutes.

While Vitinho and Han-Noah Massengo are absent, Aaron Ramsey rejoins the game after missing the Spurs match due to a concussion.

The injured players include Michael Obafemi (hamstring), Darko Churlinov (health concern), and Hjalmar Ekdal (knee).

For their part, Forest gives Callum Hudson-Odoi, who joined on the final day of the transfer window for just £3 million from Chelsea, his professional debut.
