Browns DT Perrion Winfrey was charged with misdemeanour assault after he allegedly assaulted a lady he was seeing.
CLEVELAND, Ohio Perrion Winfrey, a second-year defensive tackle for the Browns, is once again making headlines for the wrong reasons.
According to court documents, he was taken into custody at approximately 7 p.m. on Monday in Harris County, Texas, on suspicion of misdemeanour assault after he intentionally hurt a woman he was seeing. He is released on a $1,000 bond, charged with one count of assault on a family member, and his court date is Tuesday.
