Joe Burrow publicly endorsed the Ravens
Wide receiver Zay Flowers of the Baltimore Ravens was the target of a contentious taunting call during the AFC Championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite Flowers’ affiliation with the Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow urged the referees to overlook such incidents.
Joe Burrow said, “Let the guys taunt” on X.
Lamar Jackson and Zay Flowers connected on a long pass that resulted in Jackson being downed inside the 10-yard line. Jackson then got up, slammed the Chiefs defender who tackled him, and spun the ball on the ground close to him. It was a major play for the Ravens. Bengals Cornerback Named by PFF, Cam Taylor is the most improved player on the British team
Cincinnati acquired some excellent players with youthful potential after the 2023 season.
Pro Football Focus writer Zoltán Buday recognized Bengals cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt as one of the team’s most improved players from the previous campaign.
Taylor-Britt ended with 50 tackles, four interceptions, and eleven pass breakups while posting a 64.5 PFF grade.
“Taylor-Britt was a Day 1 starter in the Bengals’ secondary in 2023 after playing due to injury in 2022,” Budday wrote. “He performed admirably even though he missed time due to an injury; among 135 cornerbacks, he allowed just a 67.6 passer rating, which was tenth.”
As CTB looks to sign a new deal in Queen City, Cincinnati is expecting even greater improvement in the upcoming season.
