President of the United States Joe Biden was there as AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale accepted a financial award in the US.
The National Italian American Foundation awarded Cardinale the Leonardo Da Vinci Niaf Prize for Finance in Washington, as reported by Milan News.
That is an American association that supports Italian heritage and culture among American citizens.
Upon accepting the award, the owner of RedBird Capital Group was required to give a speech, and he decided to close it with the catchphrase “Forza Milan!”
Given that Joe Biden attended and witnessed Cardinale speak, it was undeniably a very prestigious award and ceremony.
Regarding the management of the club’s finances after taking it over from Elliott Management, Cardinale has received a great deal of appreciation.
