Explaining Krunic’s call-up, Bosnia’s head coach says: He could be prepared.

There has been significant controversy around Savo Milosevic’s choice to bring Rade Krunic up for the international matches Bosnia will play in October.

After a scan, it was confirmed that Krunic will be absent for around a month due to a muscular injury he sustained during the 1-0 victory over Hellas Verona on Saturday at San Siro.

He has been called up by Bosnia despite this. Their head coach Milosevic discussed his choice to bring up a former Empoli player during a news conference despite the fact that he needed to heal from a hamstring injury.

In response to a question about the cause, he stated (via Pianeta Milan): “We have had news that he could be ready for those dates.” The new Bosnian coach is alluding to the games against Portugal on October 16 and against Lichtenstein on October 13.

In other words, if Milosevic is correct, Krunic may be ready to play in a few of weeks rather than the month previously anticipated.
