Gary Lineker made a somber comment regarding what he saw Celtic do against Motherwell.

Every Celtics supporter was in awe of their squad on Saturday. When it appeared that points were being lost, Celtic did what Celtic do best and continued to fight.
After witnessing Luis Palma curl one in from the edge of the box, many supporters may have thought that the points were already secured (regardless of what anyone says, he meant it!).
But in the final seconds of the game, Matt O’Riley scores at the back post to give Celtic Park all three points after Blair Spittal had tied the score in the 95th minute. Gary Lineker says Motherwell vs Celtic was a ‘mad game’

Gary Lineker, a former England great, was completely taken aback by the game’s astonishing conclusion.

In “The Rest is Football,” Lineker stated, “Moment of the week. There are a few that I want. I don’t know whether anyone saw it, but I watched the Celtic vs. Motherwell highlights.

And that was only a crazy game. I believe Celtic scored in the 87th minute. Since we currently have lengthy injury periods, Motherwell tied the score in the 95th minute before Celtic once again scored the winning goal in the 97th minute.

However, that is part of the appeal of watching Celtic. The fans are well aware that Celtic are known for scoring late wins throughout the years. also outside of Ange Postecoglou.

My recollection of Frank Mc Avennie’s double in the 1988 Scottish Cup Final will last a lifetime. The same may be said about Shunsuke Nakamura’s breathtaking free kick against Manchester United, which advanced Celtic into the Champions League’s round of 16.
