On Thursday, August 31st, the Win Sports TV reporter tweeted that a number of clubs have recently expressed interest.
In the wake of Leeds’ relegation from the Premier League last season, Sinisterra is rumored to be eager to find a transfer out of West Yorkshire.
“Leeds still haven’t guaranteed the continuity of Luis Sinisterra (24); Several clubs have enquired about his situation recently,” Sierra tweeted.
The Colombian is not interested in participating in the second tier.
“He is an expensive player, so it’s not an easy deal.”
No end
Sinisterra was started by Daniel Farke against Ipswich Town last weekend and came on as a substitute in the EFL Cup match against Salford City in the middle of the week.
To be fair to the Colombian, he kept his attention on the task at hand and scored against Ipswich, beginning the process of regaining Leeds’ fan base’s support.
It will be intriguing to watch how exactly United responds if a fair deadline-day offer does come in for the 24-year-old, though.
