Breaking News: Pringboks best player Just Announced His departure in…..

Ex-coach says the world hasn’t “seen the best” of Springboks lock RG Snyman.

Leinster-bound Springbok lock RG Snyman has received high appreciation from Bath’s head coach Johann van Graan.

Leinster announced earlier this week that Munster’s potent second rower, who has won two World Cups, will be joining the Irish Province for the upcoming campaign.

Following Munster’s announcement that his contract would not be renewed, this happened. Snyman was connected to several teams after his departure was confirmed, including Bath, a Premiership team.

“A wonderful athlete”

Nevertheless, Bath was unable to compete with Leinster’s allegedly alluring €500,000 (R10 million) one-season contract, which was extended to the second rower, who favored staying in Ireland.

Van Graan discussed the Springbok in an interview on the Rugby Pod before it was announced that he had signed.

“I would say that he’s one of the best players I’ve coached,” the Bath manager stated, declining to address their relationship with Snyman.

“He attended Affies, the Afrikaanse Hoer Seunskool in Pretoria, the same school as me.”

“I don’t think the world has seen the best of him yet; he is a tremendous athlete with amazing ball-handling skills.

He’s among the best athletes I’ve ever taught in terms of talent. All I can say is that any team he plays for, wherever he ends up, they are fortunate to have him.

Furthermore, he is a remarkable human being. I have the highest regard for RG, and I hope the best for him wherever he goes.

When the Province signed Snyman, Van Graan was head coach at Munster. However, the 28-year-old had injury problems while playing for the team.

He has only made ten appearances for the men in red since joining the team in 2020. He is now recovering from another injury he suffered against New Zealand in the Rugby World Cup Final.
