GOOD NEWS: The 28-year-old quarterback for the Browns had “successful” shoulder surgery.

Ohio’s Cleveland Deshaun Watson, quarterback of the Cleveland Browns, is on the mend.

The quarterback underwent surgery today to repair a displaced fracture to the glenoid in his right shoulder, according to the team.
Watson’s rehabilitation will begin on Friday, with a full recovery anticipated before the start of the 2024 season.

After suffering a right shoulder injury during the team’s Week 10 victory over the Baltimore Ravens, Watson was ruled out for the entire season last week.

The team stated, “The surgery was performed by Neal EIAttrache, MD, in Los Angeles and was deemed successful.
